What’s included in the resident bill?

All resident charges — including rent, utilities, and fees — are consolidated into one monthly statement.

How do residents receive their bills?

Residents can choose to receive bills electronically via text, email, or within the Community Resident Portal. Communities may also choose to print and distribute bills or have ManageAmerica mail them on your behalf.

Can I track delinquencies across multiple communities?

Yes. You can track roll-up information, view delinquency by resident, analyze aging, compare current vs. former residents, and more.

Is it easy to handle rent increases?

Yes. The system is designed for the nuances of manufactured housing rent increases with automated email reminders each time a notice is due.

What payment methods can residents use?

Residents can pay via ACH, credit card, cash pay, money order, or check. Our Community Resident Portal app (iOS, Google Play) allows them to set reminders, enable autopay, and pay on the go.
